CODE OF CONDUCT

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members, guests, and staff, all customers are required to comply with the following Code of Conduct. This list is not exhaustive, and the Company reserves the right to enforce additional rules as necessary.

By using the Facilities, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

General Conduct

  • Respect others and act in a civil, courteous manner at all times.

  • No offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language, behavior, or gestures.

  • No offensive or inappropriate clothing. Shirtless workouts are NOT allowed.

  • Maintain good personal hygiene at all times.

  • Appropriate workout attire must be worn at all times.

  • Prohibited attire includes, but is not limited to: jeans, khakis, trousers, skirts, belts, or clothing with buckles.

Equipment & Facility Use

  • Do not use any single machine or station for an excessive period of time, especially during peak hours.

  • All weights must be returned and properly re-racked after use. Throwing or slamming weights is prohibited.

  • Wipe down all equipment after each use.

  • Immediately report any defective or damaged equipment to staff.

  • Do not attempt to use unfamiliar equipment without first consulting staff.

  • Do not exceed reasonable or safe weight limits when using equipment or machinery.

  • All equipment and machinery must be used strictly for their intended purpose.

Re-Racking Weights Policy

Failure to properly re-rack weights will result in the following progressive disciplinary action:

  1. First Warning – Verbal or written warning issued by staff

  2. Second Warning – Final warning issued by staff

  3. Third Warning – Membership suspended for one (1) month

    • No access to the Facilities

    • No membership payments due during suspension
       

If, after reinstatement, the member receives three additional warnings, the membership will be permanently terminated.

Tripod Policy

  • Tripods are not permitted during the following hours:
    Monday–Friday:

  • 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Saturday & Sunday:

  • 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    While these hours provide general guidelines, staff members on duty retain full discretion to determine whether a recording setup is blocking walkways, creating safety hazards, or disrupting other members. If necessary, staff may require the member to move their tripod or discontinue recording entirely. Violations will be documented in the member’s account for tracking purposes.

Sauna Use

The sauna is a dry sauna.
Pouring water on sauna equipment is strictly prohibited, as it causes damage and creates safety hazards.

  • Any instance of pouring water in the sauna will result in immediate and permanent membership termination, with no refunds.

  • No nudity is permitted in the sauna at any time.

Photography & Video Recording

  • Customers may not take or publish photos or videos of any person without that person’s explicit consent. If a member captures photos or videos of another individual without their consent, with the intent to post online to bully, shame, or embarrass that individual, their membership will be automatically revoked. This policy aims to protect the dignity and privacy of all members, fostering a community built on respect and mutual support.

  • Photography or video recording must not be disruptive, intrusive, or annoying to other members.

  • Recording may be restricted or prohibited at staff discretion.

  • Professional photoshoots must be approved by management in advance.
