We offer day pass for the price of $25 or a week pass for $75. They can be purchased at our front desk 24/7. Sign up within 24 hours off the pass' expiration and your fee will be applied towards your second month's membership payment.
You can bring a guest only by purchasing a day pass for them at the front desk anytime as we are open and staffed 24/7. Please note that violation of this rule will result in membership termination.
Anyone wishing to purchase a membership or a day pass for DMV IRON GYM must be 18 years or older. Minors over 16 can only sign up for the $110 month-to-month plan with with parents' consent.
We do not offer personal training at this time. However, we have linked our preferred training company, DMV PT, on our website menu. They operate within our gyms, and you can contact them directly for any inquiries.
All members must wear proper athletic attire while training.
Closed-toe athletic shoes or socks must be worn at all times. Bare feet, sandals, flip-flops, or inappropriate footwear are strictly prohibited.
Proper gym clothing is required—no excessively revealing outfits, jeans, or clothing with offensive graphics or language.
Yes! We can freeze your account for the price of a $20 maintenance fee billed monthly for up to 3 months. Please email info@dmvirongym.com to request the pause and include the desired duration. We do not process freezes with no end date. Below is an overview of our DMV Iron Gym Freeze Policy:
Account Freeze Duration: Accounts can be frozen for up to 3 months per 12 month period.
Maintenance Fee: A $20 maintenance fee will be applied during the freeze period.
Billing Cycle: Freezes are applied from billing cycle to billing cycle, with no proration of fees for partial periods.
Gym Access: Members will not have access to the gym during the freeze period. If you attempt to work out during the freeze, you will automatically be charged the full monthly fee.
Early Unfreeze: To unfreeze your account early, please email us at info@dmvirongym.com.
Contract Obligations: The frozen months do not count towards fulfilling a one-year contract and are not to be used in place of the $250 early termination fee.
Exemptions:
Military Orders: Provide documentation of military deployment or transfer.
Health-Related Reasons: Provide a doctor’s note indicating a medical condition requiring the freeze.
Please contact us 3 business days before your billing date in order for your freeze request to be honored as soon as possible. If your billing date has passed, we can implement the change as of the following month.
You can upgrade your membership type by contacting us. Email us or stop by our front desk 24/7. Please note that you cannot change your one-year contract to a month-to-month contract before the first year is up.
If you joined on or after September 1, 2025, you can stop your membership’s auto-renewal directly through your online member profile.
If you joined prior to this date, need to end your contract early, or are experiencing any issues canceling online, please email cancel@dmvirongym.com and our team will assist you with your request.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations by phone or in person at the front desk. Any claims of cancellation submitted this way will not be considered valid.
Photoshoots require management approval and scheduling in advance. The cost is $100 for two hours.
No, DMV Iron Gym only allows service dogs as defined by the ADA. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the gym.
Yes, regardless if you use the gym or not, until you provide us with a written request to cancel your membership you are responsible and will be charged for your monthly payments as defined in your contract.
