Seven years ago, we started in a 4,500 sq. ft. space in Alexandria. Within a short period, we expanded that same location to 17,500 sq. ft.
After the success of our first location, we took on a bigger challenge — a 20,000 sq. ft. second-generation gym in Falls Church, Virginia. Within less than a year, we reached capacity and expanded the facility to 30,000 sq. ft.
Today, seven years later, we have established a strong presence across the DMV area, with large locations (28,000+ sq. ft.) all within a 30-minute drive of one another. We continue to seek opportunities for expansion both within the DMV area and into South Florida.

We have successfully transformed underperforming shopping centers into thriving destination locations with high-quality clientele. Our reputation speaks for itself, we maintain excellent relationships with all our landlords.
Due to the complexity of building a gym like DMV Iron Gym, we typically open no more than two new locations per year. Our equipment is hand-selected and custom-made to order, so we are very selective about our site choices.
